Front Office & Admin Executive
Job Description
Good Communication skills
Should able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi & English
Joining formalities, scheduling interviews, screening of profiles
Direct visitors to the appropriate person
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintaining office security
Keeping update on inventory of stocks
Update calendars and schedule driver trips
Perform all other adhoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Manage front office activities
All work related to administration
Handling social media pages
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 2-4 Years
